Global interactive and immersive virtual events platform provider Airmeet has boosted its coffers with a US$12 milion Series A capital raising.
Silicon Valley-based private cloud company Platform9, launched last year, has moved to accelerate its growth on the back of a new US$4.5 million capital raising, and the unveiling of its SaaS platform which it claims transforms an organisation's existing infrastructure into an agile, self-service private cloud within minutes.
Hadoop specialist MapR Technologies has closed a $110 million fund raising, with an $80 million equity financing led by Google Capital and a debt facility of $30 million led by Silicon Valley Bank.
