Microsoft's switch to a new system of releasing security updates has failed to take off as scheduled on 14 February.
The Germany-based SUSE Linux and Microsoft have inked a new deal that focuses on the public cloud business and has updated terms and commitments, according to Kristin Kinan, global alliance director for public cloud at SUSE.
Microsoft has had to pay a Windows user in California US$10,000 over a forced upgrade to Windows 10, according to a report in the Seattle Times.
