Dell has announced the sale of RSA to a consortium composed of Symphony Technology Group, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and AlpInvest Partners. The consortium will pay US$2.075 billion in an all-cash deal.
Global cyber security firm RSA has appointed New Zealand's biggest cyber security value-added dealer DUO for the latter to act as distributor for all RSA's products in New Zealand, including RSA SecurID Suite, RSA Archer Suite, RSA NetWitness Platform and RSA Fraud & Risk Intelligence Suite.
