Worker upskilling and innovation a key to working with robots, artificial intelligence

Upskilling workers with vital innovation capabilities is key for the future employment landscape, according to a study by Flinders University Professor Giselle Rampersad which also found that for workers of the future to thrive with robots and artificial intelligence, they will need to learn innovation through strong Worker Integrated Learning programs.
