Free-to-air industry body Freeview is claiming a world first with the launch of a new online television platform where viewers can stream live TV or use it for on-demand content needs.
Telstra has upped the ante in the battle for the hearts and minds of subscribers and the “surging” popularity of on-demand entertainment and streaming services into the home. The big telco blasted on to the market on Monday by launching new Internet entertainment bundles and new Wi-Fi technology it claims will push in-home speeds and coverage to new levels.
