The Australian arm of US telco Verizon has inked an agreement with NBN Co to provide the National Broadband Network operator with sourced business connectivity services to Australian enterprise and government customers.
National broadband network provider NBN Co says there is an increasing need for digital literacy in the workforce as high growth jobs, such as management and professional jobs, demand digital literacy skills almost seven times more frequently than occupations that are becoming less prevalent.
Australia’s competition watchdog, the ACCC, has published a guide for NBN fixed wireless customers, advising them how to seek compensation when they encounter problems with broadband services, including slow speeds.
