Regulators approve Nokia's acquisition of Loudeye

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Plans by Nokia Inc. to acquire U.S. based digital music distributor Loudeye Corp. (LOUD.O: Quote, Profile, Research) for $60 million have been approved by regulators, the companies said on Monday.
