Cloud services provider LogMeIn has unveiled the next generation of its Xively Internet of Things (IoT) solution which it says is designed to help companies rapidly bring secure, Internet connected products to market, while accelerating their transition into connected product businesses.
LogMeIn has come up with a way to allow remote support technicians to see what the customer is looking at. It's called LogMeIn Rescue Lens.
