Online job advertisements listed by SEEK fell by 7.4% year-on-year in September, the company says, adding that this represented a smaller drop than August which saw a decrease of 8.6%.
Online job advertising website SEEK says there was a 7.7% year-on-year decline in job advertisements in June, while the average advertised salary rose by 2.7%.
The Information & Communication Technology sector is one of the top five industries showing the most salary growth in 2019, with average salaries upwards of $108,000, according to the latest salary report from jobs board SEEK.
