Finding new staff and retaining them is still a significant challenge for Australia’s ICT companies, even in a “prosperous” market, according to a newly released survey of the technology sector employment market.
Employment demand for executives in the ICT industry has risen for the second consecutive month as demand across all business and industry sectors increased by 17%, according to the latest EL Consult Index.
