ASX-listed Internet-of-Things and smart utility monitoring firm Buddy Platform has acquired smart-lighting company Lifi Labs which trades as LIFX for US$51 million (A$70.4 million).
ASX-listed Buddy has unveiled an IoT hardware/cloud solution that it claims could save businesses thousands of dollars on electricity, gas, water, steam, solar, temperature, and other utility bills by monitoring usage and carbon footprint.
Just sell the whole thing to Telstra already. It can't get any worse.
