Contact and call centre company Salmat has deployed a solution from cloud finance and human resources provider Workday as part of a move it says is aimed at creating a more connected, transparent and collaborative workplace.
The Australian cloud contact centre market is set to be worth $51 million by 2021 after it grew by 99.1% last year, with new revenue added in 2014 doubling current market value to $6 million.
