Microsoft mis-targeted by XP downgrade suit?

Microsoft faces a class-action suit alleging that the downgrade fee charged to allow the use of Windows XP on a computer sold with a Vista OEM licence was anti-competitive.

Apple has agreed to settle a US class action that alleged the original iPod nano was easily scratched. If approved by the court, the deal will see Apple shell out $US22.5 million in fees, expenses and compensation.
