Motions to remove three directors of auDA, the Australian domain administration, at a special general meeting held on Friday have been rejected by the membership, the organisation says.
In the run-up to the special general meeting to be held by auDA, the Australian domain administrator, on Friday, an analysis of the current membership by one member shows that just four domain name vendors control 70% of those on the rolls.
The Policy Review Panel of the Australian domain administrator, auDA, has raised the hackles of some members by deciding, at an 8 June meeting, to delete past consultations of the panel.
