Faced with mounting opposition by voters over the Internet censorship legislation, the Federal government has upped the ante, proposing to mandate that all ISPs record our browsing history and store it. This move presupposes that everyone's online actions need to retained 'just in case' it's needed in a criminal investigation.

Apple Retina Display - Did Jobs lie?

There's a report doing the rounds that Apple CEO either lied or exaggerated  about the claims he made about the new Retina Display that was shown off for the first time as part of the new iPhone 4 announcement. The problem is that the line between scientific fact and marketing hype has been blurred.

In a letter sent to customers, Optus has outlined changes to the way charges for national, mobile and international calls are to be calculated. In a move that rivals their mobile data being charged in 10MB chunks, there's little benefit in this for customers.
