The US-based company, now in liquidation, has generated $4.9 million through selling off games and IP to Nordic Games, which now owns the rights to Darksiders, Red Faction, MX vs ATV and others including Destroy All Humans!, Full Spectrum Warrior, and Titan Quest.
Nordic Games CEO Lars Wingefors said "In the long term, we either want to cooperate with the original creators or best possible developers in order to work on sequels or additional content for these titles."
He also said that the company is currently undertaking an "in-depth analysis" and will be "carefully selecting different financing models for developing new installments of acquired IPs."
The transactions will not be finalized until May 13, when the court will approve the sales.
According to reports, today's sales made $6.55 million for THQ.
