Adelaide-based PrimeQ is a leading Oracle SaaS Cloud provider in Australia and New Zealand, and the acquisition makes Accenture the largest Oracle Cloud systems integrator in the region, the company claimed.
PrimeQ is said to be particularly strong in the government, health and public services sectors, and also has clients in the retail, consumer goods and financial services industries.
"PrimeQ has extensive experience implementing Oracle SaaS Cloud solutions, which complements Accenture's established credentials across the Oracle Cloud portfolio," said Accenture's Oracle ANZ business leader James Madigan.
The company was only founded in 2016, but has won multiple Oracle Specialised Partner of the Year awards.
"PrimeQ is very pleased to join Accenture as it will help create good outcomes for our customers, our people and our shareholders," said PrimeQ chief executive Andrew McAdams.
"Together, Accenture and PrimeQ will provide our clients with unrivalled Oracle services and enable them to accelerate their digital transformation."
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal follows Accenture's recent acquisitions of DAZ Systems in the USA and Certus Solutions in the UK.
Accenture now has more than 54,000 Oracle-skilled consultants around the world.
