Powerlan founder resigns

Software developer and services vendor Powerlan Limited (ASX: PWR) has announced the resignation of Theo Baker as chairman and director of Powerlan Limited. Baker's resignation was given as a desire to completely focus his attention on business activities outside of the Powerlan Group. The company will appoint Byram Johnston as acting Chairman. Jonhston is currently the CEO of Powerlan's subsidiary, FinancialBPO Pty Ltd and an existing Powerlan director.
