Bigcommerce exceeds client demands with new partnership

Ecommerce platform Bigcommerce has signed up full-service digital commerce agency Exceed as its newest partner to service and consult to what it says is a growing collective of enterprise retailers demanding SaaS ecommerce solutions.

Russell Griffin, senior director, design & solutions partner program at Bigcommerce said that, as part of the company’s Partner Program, Exceed will work closely with partner and engineering teams to create customised ecommerce solutions for fast-growing retailers and established online brands.

Services provided by Bigcommerce partners include implementation, design, development, website and conversion optimisation, digital marketing, systems integration and web hosting initiatives.

Griffin cites a Forrester report which forecasts the market for SaaS technology offerings is projected to exceed $130 billion by 2020, and observes that in today’s customer-focused market, companies that offer flexible, hosted, and cost-effective tools will best serve and retain the world’s leading companies.

{loadpositon peter}“Bigcommerce is focused on expanding our ecosystem in leading markets such as Australia, to provide the highest levels of support to meet the growing demands of the region’s most successful enterprise retailers,” Griffin said.

“As more retailers realise the benefits SaaS can bring their business, including easier maintenance and lower cost of ownership, we expect to see a major shift in the way they approach ecommerce technology.”

Griffin said Exceed brings extensive experience in helping clients build unified, true omni-channel customer experiences in the Asia Pacific market, and is already migrating existing clients to Bigcommerce.

"Our clients are looking for more nimble and cost-effective ecommerce platforms, and working with Bigcommerce allows us to bring the most modern commerce technology in an easy and quick to deploy platform,” said Kyle Aspinall, managing director at Exceed.

“In today’s fast moving retail market, retailers don’t have the time or want to spend the money it takes to create on-premise solutions that slow them down. Bigcommerce simplifies the process, and will bring our clients new opportunities in commerce.”

Aspinall said that as part of the Bigcommerce Partner Program, Exceed will work closely with Bigcommerce’s partner and engineering teams to create customised ecommerce solutions for fast-growing retailers and established online brands.

Active Vs. Passive DWDM Solutions

An active approach to your growing optical transport network & connectivity needs.

Building dark fibre network infrastructure using WDM technology used to be considered a complex challenge that only carriers have the means to implement.

This has led many enterprises to build passive networks, which are inferior in quality and ultimately limit their future growth.

Why are passive solutions considered inferior? And what makes active solutions great?

Read more about these two solutions, and how PacketLight fits into all this.

Don't miss the only 5G and edge performance-focused event in the industry!

Edge computing will play a critical part within digital transformation initiatives across every industry sector. It promises operational speed and efficiency, improved customer service, and reduced operational costs.

This coupled with the new capabilities 5G brings opens up huge opportunities for both network operators and enterprise organisations.

But these technologies will only reach their full potential with assured delivery and performance – with a trust model in place.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce a two-part digital event, sponsored by Accedian, on the 8th & 10th of September titled 5G: Performing at the Edge.
