Volt Media, an Australian company that enables advertisers to post video ads onto web sites, has secured exclusive access to pre-roll video advertising opportunities in Australia managed by US video advertising services company VideoHub.

"Utilising VideoHub's technology, Volt Media can now provide its brand advertising partners with brand performance optimisation across exclusive premium sites, enabling marketers to automatically deliver and measure campaigns against marketing goals," Volt Media said.

It claims that its deal with VideoHub will give it access to "more than 1,000 premium publisher sites and exclusive access to hundreds of high-demand TV and media sites, the majority of which cannot be accessed through other networks or platforms in Australia."

VideoHub provides a self-service platform that enables advertises to post video ads with publishers. It also offers tools to both publishers and advertisers enabling them to measure and analyse the performance of those advertisements.

Addition tools ensure that video ads never appear in front of content that might compromise the integrity of the advertisers' brand or product.

In the US the VideoHub Marketplace is claimed to reach 99 percent of adults in the top 50 US metros "via [VideoHub parent] Tremor Video's network of premium, brand safe web sites."
