Crumpler looks to the cloud for store management software

Bag maker Crumpler is adopting Raymark's store management suite for its retail operations around the world.

Crumpler, the Melbourne-based bag maker and luggage supplier to the 2016 Australian Olympic Team, has settled on an international rollout of Raymark's cloud-based store management software suite across all stores and the company's head office.

Crumpler is adopting Raymark's Point of Sale, Clienteling, Repairs, Order Management, CRM, Inventory Management and Analytics, and these applications will be integrated with the existing online store and ERP system.

"Our concept of what a retail solution can actually do was challenged from the first time we met with the Raymark team. The solution will enable Crumpler to revolutionise the way we do business," said Crumpler's global head of ICT, whose name was withheld.

"Since Crumpler operates stores around the globe, it was important that we select a retail technology partner with international expertise. After an exhaustive review process, we determined that Raymark was the only vendor that could provide local experience in all our operating markets, along with the international capabilities and centralised architecture we need for streamlined operations.

"During the selection process, we connected with several current Raymark customers, and each one spoke very highly of the flexibility, functional strength, stability, and ease of use of the system.

We're particularly excited to see our strategy come to life with Raymark's Clienteling and CRM solutions, which will enable Crumpler to better understand our consumer and analyse omni-channel habits in ways we've never done before."

Raymark's store management suite is available in the cloud or as self-hosted software, and as individual modules or the complete suite.
