LogMeIn's BoldChat is designed to help organisations engage in live chats with their customers.
Since consumers increasingly use mobile devices to research products and services, a forthcoming BoldChat release will feature an SDK for so that live chat can be built into Android and iOS apps.
The BoldChat reporting tools will incorporate this new option.

The new version will be available later this winter.
