Cloud ERP provider and Oracle subsidiary NetSuite has announced its SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), a new part of the SuiteCloud Development Platform to support the complete software development lifecycle including source code control, peer code reviews, team development, integrated debugging, and deployment.

According to NetSuite, SDF brings the features, controls and processes previously associated with leading on-premises, standalone development environments to the cloud.

It helps partners and customers create industry and business-specific customisations, extensions and applications for any business need. All such developments automatically work with future versions of NetSuite.

"Since its inception, the NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform has been a pioneer in cloud development, giving our customers, partners and ISVs powerful tools to extend the leading cloud ERP software," said NetSuite senior vice-president of product marketing Paul Farrell.
"With this latest release, we're providing developers with sophisticated controls to meet the demands of the new cloud economy."

Australian payment processing provider Paycorp offers integration between NetSuite's SuitePayments and its own systems.

Managing director John Caliguri said: "The powerful and flexible SuiteCloud Development Platform and its continuous innovation including the SuiteCloud Development Framework, enable partners like Paycorp around the world to innovate and extend services that make NetSuite customers thrive."
