Existing customers on 12GB, 15GB & 25GB per month plans will be automatically upgraded at the start of their next billing cycle. Broadband & phone customers can choose to switch to one of the new plans. vividwireless has also added $5 daily and $30 weekly prepaid unlimited passes.

vividwireless has also introduced a number of Christmas cash back offers and the offer of a free cordless phone with the purchase of a home gateway device.

All new customers purchasing and activating a vividwireless home gateway between 10 November and 15 January will get a $100 cashback and, from participating retail stores, a free Uniden cordless phone.

Those signing up for a 24 month contract will get a free home gateway and cordless phone; those signing a 12 month contract will pay $149 for the gateway, which retails for $299.

The USB modem ($69) is being offered with $20 cashback from participating retailers.

Participating retailers are Dick Smith Electronics, Harvey Norman, All Phones, Portacom, Titan interactive, The Good Guys and Winning Solutions IT Services. Cash backs will be deposited into the customer's nominated bank account or PayPal account.
