BBC puts kids' favourites into iOS app

A free iOS app from BBC Worldwide features a range of CBeebies characters.
The app, which runs on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad presents games and video clips, with an interface designed for young children.
'CBeebies On The Go is a delightful accompaniment to the CBeebies channel. Kids all over the world share a natural curiosity and sense of fun, so the app is a wonderful way to make new discoveries with familiar friends," said Henrietta Hurford-Jones, director of CBeebies investment at BBC Worldwide Channels.
"The CBeebies brand is trusted by parents and carers internationally, so we've worked hard to build a product that upholds the core values of learning through play," she added.
