Jabra's latest headset is designed for use with Skype and your mobile phone.

The Jabra Easygo - for PC (strange name, but there you go) comes with a pre-paired Bluetooth USB adaptor for plug-and-play ease of use with Skype - and presumably other audio applications.

But it can also be paired with a mobile phone so you're ready to take incoming Skype or regular calls.

Other features include spoken warnings when the battery gets low (nominally six hours talk time and eight days standby) or the headset becomes disconnected, and dual microphones for noise cancelling.
