iOS 4.3.2 coming this month?

Your IT - Mobility

Rumours are flying that Apple will release iOS 4.3.2 within the next two weeks.

An April release is being tipped for iOS 4.3.2, the next version of system software for Apple's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

Being a 'sub-sub-version' change, the expectation is that 4.3.2 will be little more - possibly no more - than a bug fix release.

Those bugs could include security related matters as Apple continues to plug the holes exploited for jailbreaking. Before you whine about that, remember that any flaw used by the 'good guys' (though Apple would hardly call them that) can potentially be used by the 'bad guys' to sneak malware onto your iPhone or other device. Safari-related issues would a particular problem in that respect.

iOS 4.3.1 was released as recently as late March.
