Just what you've been waiting for: a white BlackBerry

Your IT - Mobility

VHA has introduced a white version of the BlackBerry Bold 9700, in a blaze of hyperbole.

According to VHA's press release we have all been waiting "months and months" for the "highly-coveted" (and oxymoronically named) 'white BlackBerry Bold 9700' that "pays homage to this season's hottest trend." (Although we're not exactly sure what this is).

VHA, as Vodafone, is the first mobile operator in Australia to offer the product, (which is functionally identical to the existing black BlackBerry Bold 9700 that has been on the market for a several months) and to celebrate is offering customers the opportunity to personalise their white BlackBerry by engraving their moniker on its backplate. The phone is available for $0 upfront on a $49 cap plan over 24 months.
