WebCentral offers hosted CRM for SMEs

Melbourne IT subsidiary, WebCentral, has taken another step into the hosted applications business, launching an online customer relationship management (CRM) product for SMEs.
The service uses the open source product from SugarCRM, which  claims to be the world's leading provider of commercial open source customer relationship management (CRM) software for companies of all sizes. “We are currently targeting businesses with 1-10 employees with our hosted version of Sugar Professional, which is priced at $66 per month per active user," said Gene Suna, Melbourne IT’s general manager – business IT services.

WebCentral claims to have more than 70,000 SME accounts to which it offers web hosting, premium email, CRM, collaboration and email marketing tools. It has also recently launched an online version of the QuickBooks accounting software.
