Sony's Movie Studio Platinum 12 now supports up to 20 video tracks and 20 audio tracks, allowing users to work on more complex projects.
The new version also includes toolbar buttons for split and trim to help streamline editing.
3D support has been boosted with the addition of more stereoscopic adjustment tools and 3D project templates.

For the benefit of those who own PCs equipped with larger amounts of RAM, a 64-bit version of Movie Studio Platinum 12 is now supplied alongside the 32-bit version.
