Your IT - Home IT

Skype has launched a service that enables registered Skype users to make calls any phone number, at Skype rates, from any mobile or landline.

To use the service, Skype To Go, a Skype customer in, say Sydney, would first register with Skype the overseas number they want to call. Skype would then provide them with a Sydney number that would redirect to their nominated overseas number.

Customers can nominate a total of nine numbers for this redirection. The service is presently available to callers in 20 countries, including Australia and New Zealand, but the destination number can be in any country.
