Skye has added Australian phone numbers to its SkypeIn service, enabling anyone to have an Australian phone number calls to which will be received by their Skype softphone.

Australia is the first country in the Pacific region and 14th in the world where SkypeIn is available. Others are: USA, UK, Brazil, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.

The service comes with voicemail and costs $A50 for 12 months, or $A16 for three months.
