A day after launching its cheeky Telstra-targeted ad campaign, Internode has revamped prices for its ADSL services and introduced its first sub $30 plan.
This is $10 per month cheaper than
Telstra's cheapest ADSL plan, which requires the customer to also take a fixed line from Telstra (the non-bundled ADSL tariff on Telstra's website is very hard to find).
The Internode ADSL2+ Home-Extreme-10 plan with 10 GB monthly data quota, costs $29.95 per month when bundled with an Internode NodeLine PSTN phone service ($39.95 unbundled).
To get ADSL2+ from Telstra users must pay at least $49.95 per month, for a 2GB quota. An ADSL1 1500/256 service with 2GB costs $39.95, both bundled with a Telstra fixed line.
Internode has also added an extra 20GB per month to the data quota for its dial tone-free Easy Naked broadband service. This $70-a-month plan now comes with a 70 GB monthly data quota.
Also, it improved over-quota speeds on the new Extreme and NakedExtreme plans - doubling this to 128kbps on Home plans, and offering 512kbps on SOHO plans (with upload unshaped).
Data block options have also been improved; they now range from $5 for 2GB to $50 for 50GB via $10/5GB, $15/10GB, $30/25GB.
Internode has also overhauled plans throughout its Home-Extreme ADSL2+ range as well as its SOHO-Extreme ADSL2+ range.
