Pacific Internet revamps SME DSL plans

Pacific Internet has re-priced its business grade DSL broadband plans aimed at SMEs, and has added some new features.

All new plans now have a static IP address; customers on the new 512kbps and 1500kbps plans can choose to pay excess data charges once their monthly data quota is reached, or can opt to have the service throttled to 64kbps for an additional $5 per month,

The 512/128 service is available with 7Gbytes for 64.95 per month and $84.95 with 14Gbytes; the 1500/256 planswith 7 and 14Gbytes are $99.95 and $119.95 respectively. Excess data is charged at 9 cents/Mbyte.

A new 256kbps plan has been introduced at $44.95, with "business level support "and a static IP address.

All business plans include a dial-up connection to use during outages, five email addresses and 10Mbytes web space, email virus and spam filtering and 24x7 technical support
