AAPT's IProvide launches 'everything over IP service for SMEs

Your IT - Home IT

AAPT's new IProvide Partner Program has launched IProvide Office, billed as a complete solution for SMEs' fixed voice, VPN and Internet requirements using IP services delivered over broadband.

The service uses a combination of managed CPE, IP with quality of service and AAPT's softswitch platform to deliver a full toll quality voice service compatible with standard analogue handsets and trunk lines, which can be bundled with VPN and Internet services. The offering is targeted at companies with 5-50 employees.

Phil Sykes, managing director of IProvide, said "The IProvide Office solution is an SME specific voice, VPN and Internet solution that is easy for resellers to deliver and manage. Being the all-in-one point of contact for their SME customers' telecommunication services also gives resellers greater control of their relationship and a larger share of the SME's wallet.

The company is launching IProvide Office to existing and prospective reseller partners in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane on the 8th, 9th and 13th of February respectively. Resellers can register for the events at www.iprovide.com.au/iprovideoffice/
