Fresh from the recent fights with auDA, Sapia Pty Ltd now has unequivocal evidence of ownership of the domain name stephenconroy.com.au - they own the business name “stephenconroy!”
The argument between Sapia and auDA has been described at great length on the site in question, but now the point is entirely moot - every single one of the objections has been gazumped but a simple stroke of Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs' pen.
A copy of the certificate of registration of business name for stephenconroy is appended to this article and it appears entirely genuine.
