Telstra’s embarked on upgrades of 131 of its exchanges throughout Victoria which it says will give a further 84,000 homes and businesses across the state high speed ADSL2+ broadband services.

Telstra Country Wide executive director for Victoria, Grant Wiltshire, claims that Telstra’s continued investment in the State “will help advance the education and health sectors as well as support businesses to boost their productivity.”
