Early reports indicate that the home of the German WikiLeaks Domain owner has been raided by police investigating the ACMA list leak.

A single report has come to my attention suggesting that local Police have raided the home of the German WikiLeaks Domain owner (whois details not available at time of going to press).

This is probably the best evidence thus far that the lists are correct and that ACMA is getting angry.
