Other brands identified in the ACSI are Ask.com (down 1.3 percent to 74) and AOL (up 3 percent to 69). The 'all others' group rose 1.3 percent to 76.

For comparison, the ACSI as a whole fell 0.1 percent to 75.1. Customer satisfaction with automobiles was unchanged, personal computers fell 1 percent to 74, and major appliances fell 3 percent to 80.
