Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
A web portal (http://www.itsmportal.com.au) designed to cater for the
IT service management (ITSM) market in Australia and New Zealand has
been launched at the itSMF's National Conference in Brisbane. It is
sponsored by IT service management companies TUSC, HP and Micromuse and
"aims to become the central source of information, tools and services
for Australasian companies that want to transform their IT operations
by implementing IT service management initiatives."
TUSC CEO, Daryll Goodall, said: "Our intention from the outset was to
create a very interactive site that allows visitors to keep up with
what is happening in the ANZ marketplace, to learn more about ITSM and
the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and to share their knowledge and
experiences with others."
The portal provides access to: a reference library of case studies,
white papers, presentations and articles on ITSM and ITIL; listings of
local courses, events and conferences, jobs, CVs and tenders; industry
news from Australia and overseas; ANZ product, service and training
providers' directory; and discount offers for registered users.
