Hutchison 3 has launched Videomail which allows customers to set their own personal video greeting instead of simply a recorded voice message when they do not answer their phone. Or, they can "have some fun with the pre-recorded Videomail greetings". Videomail will cost the same as voicemail retrieval, 15c per 30 seconds plus flagfall. 3 mobile customers can set up individual Videomail greetings for: all calls greeting; busy greeting; no answer greeting; extended absence greeting; after-hours greeting.
