Telstra extends Homelink 1800 service

Your IT - Home IT

Telstra Country Wide is to extend its Homelink 1800 STD capped plan to "make it easier for remote customers and their families to call home". Under the service, callers are provided with a ten-digit Homelink 1800 number and a PIN enabling them to call a previously nominated number and have calls billed to a nominated Telstra account. The service was previously offered with a capped charge of $2.97 but was available only for calls made between 7pm and midnight from Sunday to Friday and from 4pm to midnight on Saturdays. It will now be available from 4pm to midnight every day.
