JP Morgan Chase pick Prognosis to run 60,000 IP phones

JPMorgan Chase has selected Integrated Research's Prognosis IP telephony management software to manage approximately 60,000 VoIP phones. It will install 6,000 Prognosis managed IP phones during a pilot phase of its IP phone system rollout. These are in addition to the 10,000 Prognosis-managed phones inherited from the recent Chase Bank and Bank One merger. The phased rollout of 50,000 additional phones is scheduled to begin next year and will take 18 months to complete.
