Billing Bureau to resell MobiData's mobile apps

MobiData Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX-listed Fusia, has signed a reseller agreement with Billing Bureau, Australia's largest outsourced provider of billing facilities to some 40 second- and third-tier telecommunications companies that between them send out around 500,000 phone bills each month. Billing Bureau will on-sell the complete suite of MobiData products comprising MobiPod, MobiChat and MobiAntivirus. MobiData will provide the products and server environment with Billing Bureau providing billing. Billing Bureau's clients will be able to re-brand MobiData products as their own.

Billing Bureau was established in 1989 as Objectiveware and started developing billing systems in 1995. Its flagship product BEN was released in 1996 and outsourced services launched in 1998.
