Today, we are being held in isolation.  What should we do upon release?

A warning in advance: although this is phrased in absolutes, such things wouldn't occur in real-life; but on with the puzzle.

You are held in an isolation cell for exactly 14 days and totally deprived of food and sleep.

In my mythical universe, you can survive for exactly 14 days without either food or sleep, but no longer.

So, the question is: Upon release, what should you do first?  Eat or sleep?
