However, this morning, a Twitter user Duncan Fine let me know about something rather strange:

The article in question was about the attacks on twitter of Melinda Tankard Reist, a feminist that may or not have religious views. She is anti-porn, so in the great tradition of my alter ego @fakepaulkeating I said something that is maybe offensive but definitely in poor taste:

Lo and behold, the ABC website has an article in support of Melinda Tankard Reist, which has this wonderful paragraph:
For example, children's scriptwriter, Duncan Fine - called a 'rusted on feminist' - retweeted this message: 'So, has anyone found naked pictures of #mtr? She is rootable in that religious feminist way.' And from ethicist Leslie Cannold: 'Have an abortion, too. Then she'll really hate u RT @geofflemon: Going to watch porn this week to piss @MelTankardReist off #qanda.'
So, is Duncan Fine responsable for content he retweets? The article authors Dr Susan Hawthorne and Dr Renate Klein seem to think that content shared via social media is somehow endorsed by the sharer.
Think again. Most businesses only have PART of a DR plan - and this spells business disaster in the event of an IT disaster.
