Optus has now released its version of the app customised for the Optus MeTV service, which is powered by fetchtv. The Optus MeTV with fetch app is available free of charge from the App Store. Optus MeTV starts at $9.95 per month.

Optus mobile customers do not pay for on-network data traffic associated with the app once it has been paired with an OptusMeTV set top box.

An Android version of the app is expected in early 2012.
