FetchTV fetches Fox movies

FetchTV today announced that Twentieth Century Fox's new-release and back catalogue of movies will be available on the streaming service.

 

The agreement will mean that FetchTV subscribers will get access to a full range of Fox's new release titles and a host of blockbuster library movies. Films will be available on an on-demand basis, in standard definition and high definition (where available), and for a 48hr viewing period once purchased.

New-release movies will be priced at $6.95 for HD or $5.95 for SD films. Library films will be available for $3.95.

'Fox continues to look for new opportunities to increase the availability of Fox content to consumers', said Richard Samuels, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Twentieth Century Fox Australia. "Twentieth Century Fox is happy to work with Fetch TV to provide its customers access to an exciting array of Fox films."

Scott Lorson, CEO of FetchTV said: 'For over 75 years, Twentieth Century Fox has been entertaining people across the globe and we're delighted to add Fox movies to the extensive FetchTV movie line up.'

Fetchtv is TV delivered to the user's television via theor broadband connection, and is currently available for users with iiNet, Internode or Adam Internet.

The deal coincides with three similar agreements, between FetchTV and Madmen, Sony Pictures and WWE.
