Nintendo announces DSi XL Australian pricing

The DSi XL is the supersized hand-held gaming device from Nintendo.  Launching next month Nintendo are hoping to grab a whole new demographic under their influence.  Today Nintendo Australia announced the DSi XL pricing.

With built in software, a 93 percent larger screen and all the processing power and features of a DSi the DSi XL is a pocket book sized hand held gaming device for folk with different needs.

Nintendo has given out some more information on the device including local Australian release date confirmation and pricing.

Nintendo announces the price point for the newest member of the Nintendo DS® family. Nintendo DSiâ„¢ XL will be available in stores from 15 April for only AU$299.95 (NZ$395.95).

With the largest screens in the Nintendo DS family, Nintendo DSi XL comes in two stylish colours: Burgundy and Bronze. Nintendo DSi XL is not just about it's wider viewing angle, it also comes with bonus pre-installed software too!
