Now that the Classification Board has uncaged Aliens Vs Predator for the Australian market, SEGA has announced the release details for the game. These include two special editions, the Survivor and Hunter varieties.
No more ban and as such Aliens Vs Predator is free to frighten the pants of antipodeans in 2010, February 18th 2010 to be exact.
SEGA Australia has announced the variety of flavours fans of the game will be able to get hold of upon release.
SEGA Australia Ltd. today confirmed that upcoming action shooter Aliens vs Predator will be released across Australia on 18 February 2010 on Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PC Games For Windows.
“On the back of the successful appeal last Friday we are delighted to confirm that beyond the standard edition for the game, we will be delivering two Special Editions - Survivor and Hunter”, said Darren Macbeth, Managing Director SEGA Australia. “The team at Rebellion have been true to the Aliens and Predator universes and created a title that allows gamers to experience first-hand all the thrill, tension and excitement of the Aliens and Predator movies.”
